well not very rockstarish round here lately. did press this morning, some phoners some good, 1 bad, some rescheduled. I am on a cleanse as my body once again has an over abundance of yeast ( candidas) wich means no sugar,wheat, fruit, pretty much fucking everything fun. It is nice to eat very very healthy and get the toxins out. getting sugar out of your system is liking coming off crack ( brain...

nice week in van so far, rehearsals are now making alot more sense and the band is starting to click. new arrangement for just in case sounds killer. photo shoot with the band today with johann wall. pretty exciting, wish id brought more guitars though.

Neil Young tonight, saw his bus driving around town last night. Im getting pretty excited! my friends jets overhead apparently have signed to his label. good for them,Im sure it is probably one of the last credible labels left out there. almost a perfect day
the sun is very warm here today, a bit windy but whatevr. the drywallers are downstairs creating my kingdom as i type. my studio is going to be amazing and this house is too. the yard is blooming with flowers and the robins are coming right up to us as we are watering the flowers. pretty cool, spring is here.spending the day thrift shopping with coby. got the new steve earle record in the mail...
