well not very rockstarish round here lately. did press this morning, some phoners some good, 1 bad, some rescheduled. I am on a cleanse as my body once again has an over abundance of yeast ( candidas) wich means no sugar,wheat, fruit, pretty much fucking everything fun. It is nice to eat very very healthy and get the toxins out. getting sugar out of your system is liking coming off crack ( brain fog ,muscle soreness, skin breakouts etc) but im feeling a bit better today as it is my 3rd day. A journalist from a vancouver publication mentioned the similarites of ” hell of a life” to “anything thats rocknroll” by tom petty. he is the second to mention that besides a dutch journalist, they are absoultely correct in making that comparison! that was the song i was referencing in the studio, not ripping it off, just trying to get the vibe. that song really reminds me of my childhood and my parents and i wanted to throw that into the song ya know. It is such an honor to get comparisons to springsteen and petty in the latest round of press on the new album. they are my favs and i aspire to be a fraction as talented. Thunder cracks outside now. thinking of doing some yoga tonight to get out of my head a bit. kids run by the window to beat the rain….good luck, its pouring. no its hailing.
